PAN CARD IS COMPULSORY,YOU CAN GIVE ANY TWO PROOFS IN ADDITION TO PANCARD FROM ABOVE LIST.

PLEASE GIVE THE PROPOSED COMPANY NAME-PLEASE GIVE 6 NAMES IN THE ORDER OF PRIORITY

PLEASE MENTION THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY.

V.Imp : Authorized Signatory of the company  will also have to visit India since he will be signing the MOA AOA LAST PAGE on behalf the Foreign Company.

 Please send us the bank statements for 12 months and international driving license both notarized with the Indian embassy. It has to be in English Language and notarized. Also PAN card notarized with the Indian Embassy out there.

 If the citizenship is of outside India in Passport, they have to be in India for signing the papers .This was a initial rule before email had become so common. And Visa and Immigration Stamp is compulsory, that too business Visa .Power of attorney won’t work now.
